Boy, am I glad that I will never have to do time on The Rock (Alcatraz). I see why guys tried to escape...that place is desolate, and cold...ugh. Rather neat audio tour, too. It definately was not what I expected an prison to look like, nor was it as big as I thought it would be.
The cells...boy they were tiny. I'm a regular-sized guy, and you can see how small a cell was compared to me above.
