While I understand from comments on the blog that taxes may be involved with the large price disparity, it doesn't entirely add up. South Florida has lots of access, large gas terminals, etc. Lynchburg is buried in the mountains/hills of Virginia, and has no ready access like South Florida. How EXACTLY is their gas so much freaking cheaper?!??!
